DAB Motors, a Frensh electric motorcycle company, has created an electric motorcycle with a top speed of 104 km/h! The electric vehicle is designed to be the fastest electric car in the world. It’s called Concept-E.
To nicely integrate the cable televisions into the frame, engineers examined the assembly of the products for the swingarm and control panel. The Concept-E is geared up with a 10kW motor and a 51.8 V Li-ion battery. It’s the legal equivalent of a 125cc motorcycle and can be operated after a couple of hours of training.
The electric motors are silent when they’re running which means that you won’t have any trouble hearing your favorite music while driving. The electric bike is also environmentally friendly. It has a range of 112 km on a single charge and it only takes an hour to fully recharge the battery.
To make the most of power and decrease noise, the bike is operating on aluminum machined wheels. In terms of variety, we don’t get much details from DAB. What we do understand is that Concept-E features long lasting, quality parts such as the Gates belt drive, Öhlins suspensions and Beringer CNC aluminum brakes.
For the saddle, a highly resistant textile usually found in private yacht sails and technical clothes was utilized. Tech-wise, an LED speedometer is placed into the triple trees and can forecast all the information onto the bodywork.
Presently, Concept-E is just that: a concept, one that can be fully handled a trip. For now, we can only hope that it will soon become a full-fledged product.
